Berry Blue, LLC does not charge your credit card for ordered items until we ship your order.A customer has a right to reject the order anytime before it has been shipped. After the shipment is made the products may not be returned.

If the customer received a damaged product, it may be exchanged to the same one or the equivalent of the same price. If the seller is not able to exchange the damaged product for any reason, a customer will receive a credit towards the following order.
